Folio - Create Order
To create an order in Folio, assure you have the appropriate company selected at the top of the screen and navigate to the "Catalog" menu and apply the appropriate filters to find the items, suppliers needed for your order:
Add Items to your cart using the plus sign or click on the individual items to view more details. Remember that you can use multiple suppliers in the same cart and order:
When you are done adding items, select the cart option noted below to start the check out process:
Assure each item has the appropriate Cost Center, Spend Category, Outlet and Job Title where applicable:
Review budget impact and click "Continue to Checkout" to proceed. Note that the necessary approvers are listed below as well for your reference:
Next, review your order and submit:
