Folio - Create Order using Order Guides

Folio - Create Order using Order Guides

Users can order from customized lists of products that are created by Folio users.  These Order Guides can be organized in many ways.  Department/Cost Center, Outlet, Supplier, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.  

To order using a guide in Folio, login to the system. 

On the home screen, if there are any order guides set up for your property they will be listed in the area noted below.  If there are many, you can use the dropdown arrow on the right to expand the screen:  

Select the appropriate list for the products needed and then add items to your cart by clicking the + sign:

 
Review the items and quantities in your cart.  Add the appropriate Cost Center, Spend Category and Worktags and then submit your order.
