Users can create customized lists of products that are purchased frequently to help facilitate faster ordering. These Order Guides can be organized in many ways. Department/Cost Center, Outlet, Supplier, Monthly, Quarterly, etc.
This help document will provide steps to create a new Order Guide in Folio and then how to add items to the guide.
Login to Folio and locate the first item that you would like to add to the order guide. In this case, I want to add the item below to a new list for the hotel's Guest Laundry Room:
Select the item by clicking on the picture:
In the next screen, you will see the option to "Add to Guide" in the top right of the screen. Click "Add to Guide"
You can see there are no guides in the system at this hotel so we are creating the first one! Type the name you would like for the guide and then click Save Changes:
The Order Guide now appears in the home Screen:
You may now find other items to add using the same method. Find the item, click on it and select Add to Guide in the top right:
Add to existing guide and save changes:
To edit a guide and or remove items from an existing guide, navigate to the Home screen and select the order guide to be edited and then click the edit option noted on the right of the screen:
Now you can edit the name and contents of the guide using the options noted below:
