Hi Everyone,
***This message is presented to all US properties that have active accounts and or purchase history with the three suppliers noted in the subject line***
Exciting news! HHM Hotels has partnered with Folio to create a new procurement platform integrated with the Workday system. The goal is to make ordering faster, easier and more modern for the operations teams. The mobile ordering experience, in particular, is pretty slick. Folio+Workday is ready for its debut with these 3 suppliers only. If you like it, we'll explore adding more suppliers and products in the future.
GMs, RVPs, please share this with your operations and accounting teams that will be processing/approving orders for your hotels for the suppliers noted below.

To purchase items for the above mentioned suppliers, users will be using Folio via Workday. More training videos and help docs are coming soon! Below is a sneak peek....
Starting July 1, 2024, users will access the Folio app from within Workday, or you can just go directly to Folio at my.folio.com. Access will validate through Google SSO within Folio....
1. If the Folio App is not in your menu, you may add the Folio App to your Menu:
2. Select Add Apps on the bottom of the screen..
Search for folio and add! Now it will be available to you in the menu.
To access and place orders:
1: Access the Folio App through Workday in your menu or within Your Top Apps. (You may also access by going directly to my.folio.co and log in via google option.
2: Open Folio or select a specific supplier within Folio...
3: Verify through Google SSO...
4: Search by product or supplier. Add items to cart....
5: Review cart and check out...
6: Approvers will approve via email OR within the folio App. Approvals will mirror approval business processes set within Workday:
Receipts can be processed within Folio OR within Workday after the order is issued.
Look for more communication and training within the next few days!
