Order toner for corporate printers

	Determine who supports the printer The printers at FSO, NYCO and WSO are supported by either Dex Imaging or Capital Business Systems. Look for a sticker on the printer to see which company supports the printer.
	Get the device ID The sticker on the printer will have the device ID. This is how the printer company knows which printer you need toner for. Capital Business System example: Dex Imaging example:
	Contact the printer company Anyone in the company can request toner from our printer support companies. When placing an order for toner, you will need to include the device ID from the step above. It can be helpful to ask them to put your name on the ATTN line when shipping so your coworkers know who the toner is for. If the printer is supported by Capital Business Systems: Call 717-695-1420 or email supplies@capitalbusinessinc.com If the printer is supported by Dex Imaging: Call 813-769-4282 or email supplyweb@deximaging.com
	The toner is delivered and ready to install Within a few business days the toner will arrive at the office and be ready to be installed.
