Night Audit - Scan to Email Process


 

Scan your Night Audit documents to the correct address

From a scanner at your property, scan your night audit documents to night.audit+###@hhmlp.com - where ### = your property number (Example: night.audit+123@hhmlp.com)

NOTE: For Hilton hotels that use Pep PMS, configure Pep to send to night.audit###@hhmlp.com - where ### = your property number (Example: night.audit724@hhmlp.com). This address omits the + sign which is not compatible with Pep. If attachments you send to this address do not populate in Google Drive please open a ticket with HHM IT.

 

Check the Night Audits Drive folder to verify the process worked

Note: It can take up to 15 minutes for your scan to appear in the folder


Next, find your properties sub-folder. Your scan should appear inside of your properties sub-folder.


Troubleshooting

  1. Make sure you are sending your Night Audit scan to the correct address. The address is night.audit+###@hhmlp.com - where ### = your property number (Example: night.audit+123@hhmlp.com)
  2. Make sure the FROM address of the scanner is set to noreply@hhmlp.com. If you are sending from a Brand (Marriott, IHG, etc) scanner - try scanning the Night Audit documents to yourself and then send to night.audit+###@hhmlp.com from your HHM Email address.
