If you need a new account set up, please select "New Account" under "Is this request for an existing or new account?" - please fill out all fields needed for new account creation including email and mobile phone number

If you already have an existing account, please select "Existing Account" under "Is this request for an existing or new account?" - please follow the screenshots below to find your EPC username and email for ticket submission


2. On the top right of the screen, select the user icon, then select 'User Settings'


3. Under 'Profile' select 'Edit Profile'


4. Your Username and associated email will be listed. Please supply this information in the ticket and/or submit a screenshot of the information





Booking.com

If you already have an existing account, please select "Existing Account" under "Is this request for an existing or new account?" - please follow the screenshots below to find your Booking.com username and email for ticket submission

1. Login to the Booking.com extranet - https://admin.booking.com

2. On the top right of the screen, select the user icon, your login name should appear here. If you are unsure of the email on your account, let us know a property you have access to and we can look it up.



3. Please submit your login name and email into the ticket and we will add you to the property(s) requested



Priceline/Agoda

We manage access for all users through Priceline/Agoda's user support form. Their support team grants access to users based on the requests we submit. For both new and existing accounts, please fill out all fields below and copy/paste into the ticket.

If a new account is needed, please supply your email, property(s) needed, and mobile phone number for 2FA in the ticket submission.

If you have an existing account and need an update to your property(s), please let us know the property updates needed.
