Access to Facebook Page:

Facebook Profile URL - this can be found when clicking on your personal Facebook profile

Email Tied to your Facebook Account - this is the email that you use to sign into your Facebook account. We will need this information if we have to add you to our Meta Business Manager

Remove Account from Facebook Page

Facebook Profile URL - this is needed to ensure the correct account gets removed from the page requested. Please follow the screenshot in the above section to see where this is located on your profile.

Instagram Assistance

Instagram accounts are set up with page logins instead of access being granted in the backend. Most Instagram pages are already linked to their respective Facebook pages. Please fill out the ticket explaining your access needs for Instagram and we will respond back with login credentials and instruction for 2FA if applicable.
