Sign in to Zoho Desk for the first time

About: You should have an email inviting you to Zoho Desk with subject "Invitation to join the organization!" from noreply@zohoaccounts.com


Click View Invitation



Click Sign in to accept




Create Zoho Account

  1. Create a password for your Zoho Account. Later we will link your HHM Google Account to this Zoho Account.
  2. Check the box next to the terms of service.
  3. Click Sign up & Accept.




Select Allow Permanently then click Allow Access



  1. Select your preferences then click Save.



  2. Click your account icon at the top right corner of Zoho Desk then click Sign out.



  3. Sign back in to Zoho Desk using Google by clicking the Google button, then select your HHM Google Account, then click Continue.



  4. When prompted that the Account already exists, click continue. This will link your Zoho Account to your HHM Google Account and you can Sign in with Google moving forward.



  5. Click Link.



You will be redirected to the department in Zoho Desk that you have been added to. You should bookmark this page so you can quickly get back to your tickets or reference the links below:
