International Travel Request

To optimize our international travel process, we have streamlined the request procedure. Going forward, please follow these steps:

In the questionnaire linked below, please provide your name, email address, and the dates you are departing and returning.


Please be advised that access to HHM email accounts will NOT be permitted while traveling to or residing in the following high-risk countries:

Bangladesh, Brazil, China, Cuba, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Nepal, Nigeria, North Korea, Pakistan, Romania, Russia, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela

Attempting to access your HHM email from any of these locations may result in automatic suspension of your account for security reasons.

Additionally, if you are in a foreign country and using a VPN to connect to the United States, please ensure that the connection is stable. Frequent disconnection and reconnection to the VPN may trigger security alerts and result in your account being suspended due to suspected email compromise.
