Request an HHM Google account for a new user
Please note: Each new account with a Google email address costs $150 per year per user which is billed to the property or department.
If the employee is active in UKG, please create a ticket with HHM IT Support making sure to include their name, job title, supervisor name and location.

If the employee is not active in UKG or a temp or contract hire, please follow the steps below to request an HHM account for them.

Sign and complete the form
At the bottom of the last page, have your new user sign and complete the form.

Scan the form back to usSend the signed form to us at support@hhmhotels.com
|
|
|
First time login information will be sent to the supervisorWhoever is listed as the supervisor will receive the new users username, email address, and temporary password as soon as they are available.
