Clear your browser cache in Microsoft Edge
About: Your web browser remembers information and stores data on your computer related to the websites and web applications that you use. Sometimes this stored data can interfere with how a website or web application behaves. A great first step to try to resolve website or web application issues is clearing the cache in your web browser.
PRO TIP: Open Microsoft Edge then press CTRL + SHIFT + DELETE to skip to step 4.
| Open Microsoft Edge

| Click the 3 dots in the upper right
|
| Click Settings...
|
| Clear browsing data
For best results, select All time for the Time range.
Make sure the checkbox next to Cached images and files is checked. You do not need to remove your cookies or history, however if something continues to not work - you can try clearing the cookies to see if that resolves your issue.
