      IT After Hour Emergencies



      The HHM IT team has a Manager on Duty available 24/7 to help with emergencies during and after hours. These options should only be used for emergencies where the issue is impacting revenue or guest satisfaction.

      Some examples of emergencies are:
      1. Internet or WiFi down.
      2. PMS, POS or Interface down or errors.
      3. Front desk password, software or hardware issues.
